THE ASSOCIATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY "ALIDA" is a voluntary non-governmental Civil Association established in 1997 in Republic of Bulgaria under Obligations and Contracts Act article 357. The purpose of ALIDA is the provision of aid, encouragement, representation and protection of the economic, financial, cultural, scientific and social interests of its members and associate members. ALIDA also aims to initiate events and specific actions towards improving the cooperation and coordination and towards mobilizing the potential of all of its members and associate members from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe and the World. Members and associate members of the Association are returning to the old traditional values of family, home. The prevailing majority of members and associate members of ALIDA give up to 30% of their earnings for social activities, charity and sponsorship.

ADE "ALIDA" is registered and develops its activity in compliance with all the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, signed contracts with the European Union and is subject to all standards and regulations operating in the European zone. Under the contract of partnership two or more persons agree to unite their activities for achieving

Under the contract of partnership two or more persons agree to unite their activities for achieving a common objective.
For the achieving of the common objective the partners may also agree to contributions in cash or other property.
The contributed cash, fungibles and perishable goods shall be owned jointly by the partners.
Everything acquired by the partnership shall be the common property of the partners.
Unless otherwise agreed the shares of the partners shall be equal. Each partner shall be entitled to one vote. Unless otherwise provided, each partner shall have the right to management.
